Product Representation

We aim to present product colours, embroidery, and details as accurately as possible. Due to screen settings, device variation, and production differences, actual colour and finish may vary slightly from what appears online.

Minor variations in texture, placement, and finish may occur between production runs and do not constitute a fault.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Payment is required at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully confirmed.

If a pricing, listing, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund where applicable.

Production, Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is produced individually once an order is placed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production volume, courier delays, customs processing, or destination. In some cases, items may be shipped separately where fulfilment timing requires it.
