How does the fit run?
The Standard collection is cut with clean silhouettes, controlled proportion, and a composed overall profile. Fit varies by product: hoodies are structured and balanced, crews sit more relaxed through the body, The Standard Tee carries a clean regular fit, and The Standard Oversized Tee is cut with a more relaxed, oversized silhouette. Each piece is designed to wear with balance, ease, and consistency.
Where do I find exact measurements?
Each product page includes a size chart with exact garment measurements. Use the chart on the relevant product page as the final reference when selecting your size.
Why are pieces produced once ordered?
STONE & VALOUR uses controlled production to reduce excess, maintain quality, and keep output intentional. Each piece is produced individually once ordered to support consistency across the collection.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 2–5 working days. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched using tracked shipping services.
How long does shipping take?

If you need to amend an order, contact us immediately. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Embroidery is used for permanence, precision, and durability. It gives the mark presence without excess, maintaining a refined finish through repeated wear and washing.
How should I wash embroidered garments?
Wash at 30°C, inside out, using a mild detergent. Air dry where possible. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly over embroidery. Full guidance can be found on the Care Standard page.
Do colours look exactly like the photos?
Imagery is graded for accuracy, though screens may vary. Minor tonal variation may occur between on-screen display and the final garment.
Will you restock sold-out sizes or colourways?
Quantities are controlled. Restocks are not scheduled.
