Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unwashed
In original condition
Returned with any included packaging and tags intact

Returns cannot be accepted for items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odour, or alteration.

Return instructions will be confirmed by email.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days from approval for processing.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

Faults / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear supporting photographs.

Each STONE & VALOUR piece is produced individually once ordered. For that reason, we ask that sizing, product selection, and shipping details are reviewed carefully before purchase.
