STONE & VALOUR pieces are produced individually once an order is placed.
This controlled production model helps reduce excess, protect consistency, and preserve the standard of every garment.
Production
Standard production time is 2–5 working days before dispatch.
During release periods or higher-volume demand, production may take slightly longer. Please allow the full production window before dispatch.
United Kingdom
Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Most UK orders arrive within approximately 4–8 working days from order placement.
Europe
European delivery varies by destination, fulfilment location, product availability and courier network.
Most European orders arrive within approximately 6–21 working days, including production and shipping.
International
Worldwide delivery varies by country, fulfilment location, courier network and customs processing.
Most international orders arrive within approximately 7–21 working days, though some destinations may take longer. During customs processing, public holidays, peak periods or courier delays, delivery may take up to 30 working days.
Separate Fulfilment
Some pieces may be fulfilled from separate locations and may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking.
The Lithos Tee is fulfilled from a separate warehouse. Most UK Lithos Tee orders arrive within approximately 10–13 days from order placement.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once production is complete, all orders are dispatched using tracked shipping services.
Tracking confirmation is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided in working days and may vary during release periods, public holidays, customs processing or courier delays.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs fees, import duties and local taxes, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.
